From this Orlando Sentinel article, it sounds like some Disney hotels are planning to subcontract out some bell, valet, and baggage-handling jobs to non-union workers. Not to save money, but to "improve quality," according to the article. The union, not surprisingly, is not happy, even though Disney says they will find comparable jobs for displaced workers. We'll have to see how this one plays out.
