Gen Y job perks and a great book title

I was just reading through this article about job perks being offered to Gen Y (and yes, it does make this baby boomer mad, as the writer warned it would). Makes me wish I was 20 again—not. Will the latest generation expect more perks from their meetings, too? My guess would be that they will.

And in an off-topic note: The article also included a quote by Jason Dorsey, author of a book that has the best title I've seen in a while: "My Reality Check Bounced!"
