The tiny Bahamian island of Bimini is one of those hidden gems largely unknown to meeting planners. But Bimini has long been on the map of such boaters and big-game fishermen as Ernest Hemingway, and has served as a tropical respite for luminaries like Martin Luther King, who went there to write. Now, with the opening of the Hilton at Resorts World Bimini in July 2016, it offers a modern infrastructure for meetings and incentive programs in a top-tier hotel.
