CHANGING FACES Brenda Weskamp has been named general manager of the Scottsdale Conference Resort. Weskamp most recently served as director of operations for Promus Hotel Corporation in Phoenix, Ariz., where she oversaw the acquisition, renovation, and repositioning of 11 managed hotels to better serve the corporate market.
