A Blueprint for Change Management

Most off-site meetings held by corporate America involve implementing some sort of change to attendees' work environment and processes. And while those meetings are critical vehicles for introducing and instilling change, the actions of the organization's leadership team before and after the meeting are even more important to ensuring the desired change takes hold and contributes to success. As a result, a change-management plan must be comprehensive beyond simply the meeting, and provide the meeting planner with the right vision and resources to execute the meeting effectively.
