BIG PICTURE PLANNING

The NAA is in the midst of a strategic planning process that has its Manchester, N.H.-based staff exploring sweeping changes, including the launch of new meetings targeting specific member niches. The 64-year-old association already has a successful 130,000-gross-square-foot annual trade show, which last year, unlike many other shows, saw no decline in attendance even though it was held just a few weeks after September 11.
