Hotels & Travel David Van Kalsbeek has been named senior vice president of sales and marketing for Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Van Kalsbeek, who will be based in the company's new headquarters in White Plains, N.Y., is a 16-year ITT Sheraton veteran and most recently served as Sheraton's senior vice president and director of marketing, based in Boston.
