The Langham, Boston, a 318-room luxury hotel overlooking the financial district’s Post Office Square, has unveiled a $6 million renovation to its 6,000-square-foot lobby. The historic space, originally opened in 1922 as the Federal Reserve Bank, now features a redesigned entrance, concierge center, and reception area, as well as a European-style champagne lounge, The Reserve; and a 525-square-foot function space, the Grant Room.

Including the redesigned Grant Room, the property has 10 function rooms totaling more than 10,000 square feet. In addition, guests can enjoy the fitness center and indoor lap pool, Bond Restaurant and Lounge, and Café Fleuri, known for its decadent, weekly Chocolate Bar on Saturdays and jazz brunch on Sundays.
