The edgy new “Welcome to the Jungle”–themed Hard Rock Hotel Cancun opened recently, becoming Hard Rock International’s third all-inclusive property. The hotel features 601 guest rooms with ocean or lagoon views, in addition to the neon lights, metallic accents, and rockstar memorabilia that line the walls.

The new location also has five restaurants, five bars, and 45,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The three ballrooms—one at 3,000 square feet and two at more than 12,000 square feet each—can be custom configured into smaller event spaces. Hard Rock’s all-inclusive meeting packages can simplify the budgeting process for planners.

To showcase the versatility of the event space, Hard Rock Hotel Cancun hosted a three-day grand opening party last October. Grammy nominees Flo Rida and the Goo Goo Dolls performed in a beachfront lounge, actor Wilmer Valderrama emceed a pool party, fireworks lit up the third floor terrace, and the Rock n’ Roll Ballroom hosted a party with DJ Aliyo late into the night.
