After 13 years managing the Four Seasons Resort Aviara, Four Seasons turned over management of the property in June 2010 to Hyatt Hotels & Resorts. Located north of San Diego in Carlsbad, Calif., the resort will be renamed Park Hyatt Aviara Resort.
