For a select group looking for a boutique experience in Las Vegas, the first Nobu Hotel opened in February with 181-rooms (including 18 suites) and a 12,775-square-foot Nobu Restaurant and Lounge. The property was developed in collaboration with Caesars Palace—the new property has taken over the former Centurion Tower in the enormous Caesars Palace casino resort—as well as celebrity Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa and Nobu Hospitality’s primary shareholders, actor Robert De Niro and Hollywood film producer Meir Teper.
