The former Millennium UN Plaza has rebranded as ONE UN, with the West Tower newly renovated to the tune of $30 million and upgrades to its lobby, as well as a new restaurant, to be completed by the end of 2013.

All 154 West Tower rooms have access to complimentary breakfast and all-day refreshments at the Skyline Club, as well as personalized concierge services. The hotel also has the only indoor tennis court in any New York City hotel and a swimming pool on the 27th floor. The guest rooms, which start at the 30th floor, offer spectacular views all the way from the Chrysler Building to the Freedom Tower on one side and of the United Nations and East River on the other, with some suites offering views of both.

As a result of its location, the hotel caters to diplomats and an international meeting clientele, and the staff speaks more than 30 languages. There are 7,500 square feet of meeting space.

When Phase II renovations are completed, the hotel will include a new lobby restaurant and bar. Phase III will include renovations to the East Tower beginning at the end of this year.
